Organic Carded Wool

We buy our wool directly from British organic farms and then send it to be gently
cleaned by a certified organic process. As it is a seasonal product we have to estimate how much we will need for the year ahead, and how much we can store since it takes up a lot of space! Some of the clean wool goes off to Cumbria to be dry ‘felted’ for our mattresses and futons and some comes to us for 3 Bags Full. We have an old French carding machine which we run by hand (great for keeping warm in the winter) to comb the wool into gorgeously fluffy heaps of curly wool.
